Lower ABV Tastes like ripe summer peaches with a dusting of lime zest munched on while sitting on the stony beaches of Italy’s Marche – just a short distance from the Falerio DOC where the wine was grown and made. It’s a blend of Passerina and Pecorino with just a touch of round Trebbiano grown on rocky hills running down to the Adriatic Sea. It’s pretty much the most perfect fish taco wine ever, but will also sing with crudo, garlicky shrimp, salads and sipping.
