Lower ABV Southwest of Sancerre along the river Cher, Quincy's pure limestone soils and warm climate gives Sauvignon Blanc of remarkable richness and delightful fresh minerality. Vincent Siret's Quincy is especially elegant and pure with crisp white stone fruit and citrus flavors matched by a whiff of green herb and salty stone minerality.  This is remarkably good.

For You If:   You enjoy Sancerre and are looking for a touch more cut and salty minerality; you're after the most perfect match for warm goat cheese salad ever!

Not For You If:   You're after the riper, more tropical, fruit of New Zealand or California Sauvignon - this is all about crisp, white apple/peach, and a squeeze of lime.
