Nancy Irelan makes world class wines – not just in our opinion, but in the view of international wine critics who regularly drop 90-95 point ratings on her work. Just reserve a seat or two at the dinner table on Tuesday, March 10, at The Falls in Falls Church.

On the shores of Seneca Lake in the New York Finger Lakes District, Nancy crafts precise, fresh, vivacious wines from grapes you expect – Riesling, Pinot Noir – and some that will surprise you – Blaufranksich and Lagrein!  And they’re really good. In the 95 point rave for Nancy’s 2024 Dry Riesling, JamesSuckling.com says “this is extremely beautiful… with mind-blowing finesse.”

The 2023 Pinot Noir’s “extremely long and precise finish” pulled down another 95 point rating. And the “cool, medium-bodied palate” and “long, very elegant finish” of the 2022 Cabernet Franc garnered another 94 points of praise.

Nancy will be sharing these wines and other selections during a delicious five-course feast created by The Fall’s Chef Miljohn Dimaano. The cost - $110 + tax/tip (around $140 all-in) is a bargain for the wines and the meal. And The Falls could hardly be more convenient to reach!
