Note different times from last month!  “Blind tasting” – meaning to evaluate and maybe even identify a wine when served with the label hidden – is more than a wine-geek parlor trick.  It’s a great way to sharpen your tasting acuity and learn more about what you love – and don’t love – in wine. And, when you do it as a group exercise in a fun and informal setting, it’s great way to have some fun, too!  For every third Wednesday in 2025, just grab a spot at our 5:15 or 6:15pm session and bring some friends or just make some as you taste. You’ll try two pairs of wine blind, get a little coaching, and maybe even earn (an utterly worthless) prize. You’ll certainly have a blast.
