Maillard Chorey-les-Beaune Blanc 2023 – So pretty to look at in your glass it may take you a few moments to discover how great it smells and tastes. Classy, great value, Burgundy Chardonnay.

Jose’s latest find from the cheese case is pretty beautiful stuff, too. Alp Blossom is a semi-hard cow’s milk cheese that is coated in a confetti of 13 different dried summer flowers and herbs from the German meadows grazed by the cattle. Dusted with cornflower, marigold, rose petals, lavender, chervil, marjoram and more, this is deeply flavored cheese balanced by floral/herbal freshness.
