A “crème” sherry made from dry Oloroso and super dark, chewy and sweet Pedro Ximinez.  You’ll find a bit of the toasted nut and burnt orange peel character of Oloroso here but mainly a lighter version of PX’s super sweet plum jam, molasses, spice cookie, maple and spice flavors. The balance is very fine, making this a joy to sip solo before or after dinner.  Keeps a few months after opening (longer if in the fridge).
