A stunning white to enjoy with rich food – cassoulet, wild birds, lobster – or even a fresh chevre. It’s 50% Gros Manseng, 35% Petit Manseng and 15% Petit Courbu fermented in wood, although you’ll only feel the barrel, not taste it. Amazing aromas and flavors of grilled peach, sweet lemon, tart pineapple and wild herbs and spice. Super vibrant and long with mouthwatering drive and an exotic, dry, finish that just won’t quit. Astonishingly good.
