It’s full of crunchy fruit and stone aromas and flavors with a bit of dried lemon and mango adding interest to the pear/apple core. Steely in feel and very flowing, it finishes with the bite of a just picked crisp apple and a squirt of mouthwatering citrus. Perfect for refreshing after a long hike in the Dolomites (where it’s from) and for anything you put on the table – but especially sweet lump or Dungeness crab.

For You If:   You’re looking for a white with everyday versatility and accessibility that steps up the quality game 2-3 notches; you’re eating crab – seriously, the pairing is a bit mind blowing.

Not For You If:   You’re after something oaky or tropical – this is all steel and mountain freshness.
