Peter Pastan and Kat Hamidi’s creativity and tinkering knock it out of the park again.  Take a base of quality Santa Barbara AVA wine and aromatize it with 15 different botanicals and you get Capitoline's new addition, dry vermouth. The wine's vibrant golden honey color is enriched by the rich marmalade aroma backbone (from the wine) and the savory and herb seasoning (from the botanicals). We think a dirty martini is in order.
