With 10 years on the lees, this powerful blend of 50% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier delivers extraordinary aromatic complexity and freshness. Notes of lemon curd, toast, tart cherry, pie crust and salty caramel weave in and out of a palate that really tingles with energy before finishing long, pure and dry (4 g/l dosage). A superb wine for sushi and shellfish but there’s no bar to just drinking the stuff. Disgorged July 2024.
