Lower ABV A lot of value here in a classic, dry, Provençal rosé blend of 70% Grenache plus Syrah and Cinsault. As Vinous says in the 90 point write up, “notes of confectionery spice and sweet smoke complement freshly sliced nectarines. It’s silken in form, with stimulating acidity and citrus tones that add lovely depth as ripe pit fruits swirl throughout. Tapers off with admirable length, spicy and energetic, leaving a mineral tinge that adds a lovely punctuation.”
For You If: You like dry rosé from Provence all year ‘round and don’t mind getting it at a great deal!
Not For You If: You’re looking for lots of body or rich texture – this is pale in color, light in feel, low in alcohol and unpretentiously refreshing.
