Alto Adige Pinot Bianco is about as fun to drink as white wine gets, especially this one. Crisp, clean, pear and apple fruit gets a tiny hint of spice and then barrels on through a juicy, fresh, mouthwatering finish. Great with creamy cheeses and seafood (especially crab!). As Wine Spectator says in the 91 point write-up, "This bright and minerally white is light on its feet, showing a focused range of white peach and white cherry fruit backed by racy acidity, with notes of pickled ginger, honeysuckle and pink grapefruit zest."

For You If:  You like wines both crisp and full of body; you want lots of texture and no oak; you are getting ready to eat Dungeness crab and want a terrific pairing.

Not For You If:  You're after the greather breath and richness of Pinot Grigio or the spice and creaminess of a barrel-aged white.
