Lower ABV Wow - is this ever delicious! Done mainly in tank with a little bit in barrel, shows fantastic energy and intensity. Aromas and flavors feature crisp green apple and yellow pear fruit with a light touch of spice and remarkable chalky minerality. The flavors flow across your palate with excellent energy and focus, turning steely in feel through a very long, mouthwatering, finish where zesty pear and apple flavors linger nicely. Highly recommended.

For You If:   Pinot Gris somewhere between Alsace richness and Italian Pinot Grigio zest sounds appealing.

Not For You If:   You want the heaviness of most Alsace Pinot Gris or overt oak flavors - this is loaded with flavor and texture and shows just a hint of spice.
