Pinot Blanc is often the overlooked grape in Alsace, but – especially in these warming times – its ability to hold onto crisp, refreshing, acidity is prized!  Done all in tank, this shows pretty scents and flavors of orange pulp and Asian pear with accents of fresh flowers and a hint of sweet spice. The crisp, clean, finish invites solo sipping and enjoyment with crab cakes, shrimp and even sausages (an Alsace classic).

For You If:   You’re thirsty for something zesty and a bit sleek that finishes with a crisp, but not aggressive, snap; you enjoy Pinot Grigio and are looking for something with just a bit more character and cut.

Not For You If:   You’re after the broad, almost oily, texture many Alsace wines give – this is more steely/crisp.
