Organic/Bio Lower ABV A vermentino but with a twist, some lees aging. Cedric and Violane took the grape to a different place with this cool wine technique making the grape show some body and creaminess, but, that doesn’t mean no acid. The 380-meter-high northern aspect vineyard doesn’t allow for any flabbiness here. The wine leads with intense white flower and close to the pit peach character with under tones of flint. The palate, however, is where the wine really expresses itself. It has an energetic presence of orange bitters, fresh peach, saltiness, and that creamy texture that adds depth to the mid-palate locking in the flavor. A great wine for anything coming off the grill.
For You If: You like dynamic fruit, flinty minerality, and tons of texture without the oak; You enjoy peach and apricot aromatics complimented by a touch of creamy texture
Not For You If: You like tropical fruit and full-bodied whites; You like oak and nutty characters in your white wine
