Lower ABVWow, this is delicious, no-oak, Chardonnay from an exposed point of land in Tasmania surrounded by seas so treacherous the spot is known as "the Devil's Corner." The cool ocean breezes balance the warm, sunny, days to perfection, creating a Chardonnay half-way between California fruit and Chablis cut and minerality. A terrific seafood wine, for sure, but also a reviving solo sipper. Highly recommended.
