Organic/Bio Lower ABV Like a good Chablis, the wine is very refreshing. Sticking to its roots (literally) the vines grow on that all important Kimmeridgian marl soils of Chablis. It boasts charactes of green apple, lemon, and dusty minerality, think river rock, and then finishes off clean and bright. Needless to say it goes down easy. Chill it and pair it with a fresh shrimp salad and you have yourself an easy weekday meal.
For You If: You enjoy chalky mineral driven Chardonnays that are clean and precise; you enjoy whites that are fresh with no oak influence
Not For You If: You enjoy oaky buttery Chardonnay; you enjoy white wines with plenty of texture and creaminess on the palate; you enjoy wines that center around fruit over minerality
