This is Sauvingnon that goes toe to toe with the very finest examples from Sancerre, Pessec, or anywhere else you can think of. Stunning aromas of fresh herb, white grapefruit, yellow peach and lime sherbet lead to a sharp, precise, mouthful of lemon, lime pulp, citrus pith, tart green melon and crisp green plum. The big pop of acidity gives the finish intense, focused, drive as white citrus and lime zest flavors linger on and on. We bought all we could, but very limited. Jeff White makes the best Sauvignon Blanc on the East Coast every year, but this wine makes the jump to world-class. Brilliant.
