Organic/Bio A blend of Syrah (dark, smoky, black-fruited), Merlot (red currant, plump, lightly herbal) and Zweigelt (juicy red-fruited fun!) all aged in with enough new French oak to give plenty of spicy complexity. Black raspberry and plum fruit grows with air to complement the chocolaty oak. Definitely rich, but still nicely balanced and fresh at 13.5% alcohol. A bold steak wine that's smooth enough to just sip.
