Organic/Bio Lower ABV Some varietal grapefruit and lemon citrus notes peek out here, but it’s the crunchy Granny Smith, crisp Golden Delicious and Honeydew melon aromas and flavors that hold center stage here. Nicely light in feel but with an amped up texture from 50% aging in steel and 50% in old oak cask. This is highly drinkable in a somewhere between Sancerre and New Zealand style.

For You If:   You like the crispness and aromatic intensity of Sauvignon Blanc without too much grapefruit/tropical fruits and more minerality than grass.

Not For You If:    You want the pure stone minerality and restraint of Sancerre or the super wild fruit and green grass of New Zealand Sauvignon – this is a bit in between those extremes.
