The palate falls into step with citric vividness, aromatic lime and lemon allure. This is tight, bright, mouth-watering, super-slender, fresh and on a knife's edge, svelte, slender, concentrated, and hugely exciting due to sheer citric tension. Residual sugar barely moves the needle here in terms of sweetness; it just turns up the volume on the fruit. Wow."

For You If:  You love the flavors and lightness of classic Mosel Riesling and want the balancing residual sugar to be almost invisible, especially on the dry, minerally, finish.
