If "Riesling" makes you think "sweet" or, at least, "fruity," this is going to be an eye-opener! While there's a nice dollop of citric Riesling fruit, this is really about the stony, savory, side of Riesling. As Wine Enthusast says, "This is elegant with subtle, nuanced flavors of lemon oil, cardamom, turmeric and lentil, emerge one after another. Its texture is salty and pleasant, contributing the overall experience, while the savory finish begs for some crudo."

For You If:   You're looking for something delicious to drink with crudo, sushi, or shellfish or an earthy, lightly, funky, cheese - this is a great match!

Not For You If:   You're after "petrol" or sweetness - this dry Riesling is super fresh and leaves the petroleum products for other wines.
