Organic/Bio Prosecco done ALL THE WAY DRY and all the more deliciously refreshing for it! As Decanter said recently, "Run by three young brothers with vineyards in the hills of Asolo, this boutique organic estate founded in 2012 makes limited production wines of great personality." Less fruity and more crisp and mineral than typical, this shows class from the tiny bubbles through the focused apple/pear fruit and long, bone dry, minerally finish. Delicious.
