A fresh, generous, Chardonnay with no oak and loads of flavor.  You’ll enjoy the Golden Delicious apple, persimmon and fresh yellow citrus aromas and flavors and the way the wine feels creamy without any sense of weight or thickness.  As it warms up, a juicy pear note comes up adding even more to the fun. Just enough grip to work at table with lighter fare and more than smooth enough for solo sipping.

For You If:   You really enjoy the flavors of the Chardonnay grape and are in the mood to have them without any oak spice or smoke; you’re looking for a great all-purpose Italian white with a nice extra jolt of fruit.

Not For You If:  You’re after oak and butter – this is done all in steel.
