Organic/Bio Lower ABV They are one of the leading producers in all of Entre Deux Mers currently, and for good reason. With the idea of sustainability at the forefront, they have cultivated their grapes using conscientious farming on the prized limestone plateaus of the region. This meticulous vineyard work has paid off and they have received a HEV 3 global environmental certification. (those who are environmentally conscious, this is the highest certification there is globally). And, this meticulous vineyard practice has translated elegantly into their wines.
The 2022 Blanc is a predominately Sauvignon Blanc blend with 15% added Semillion. As you would expect with a Sauvignon Blanc heavy blend, the wine is marked by the exotic fruits mango and passion fruit followed by juicy grapefruit. The palate compliments the aromas with a balance between freshness and fullness The finish is tangy and delectable
