It’s 100% Chardonnay from Stellenbosch fermented and aged in French oak, jam-paced with ripe stone fruit, pear and just right butter and spice notes. Finishes crisp and dry. More than enough body and texture here to shine at table with anything from grilled chicken to lobster and a fine solo sipper, too.
