We love how the pear and sea salt flavors really linger. More texture than you’d expect in such a vibrant wine from time on lees. Fun stuff to just sip and a terrific match for all kinds of summer seafood, poultry and salads. No oak, loads of flavor.

For You If:   You like the flavor of the Chardonnay grape with texture from lees contact instead of oak; you’re after an all-purpose house white to sip with and without food.

Not For You If:   You’re looking for overt butter flavors or oaky spice – this is all steel with just a touch of something savory from time on the lees.
