This small (20 acre) family-owned estate makes delicious wines that studies the interaction of Sauvignon Blanc and Sancerre's diverse soils. Here you’ll taste the impact of Sancerre’s famed “terres blanches,” the white pebble-dotted Kimmeridigian marls also seen on the white cliffs of Dover. Stunning flow and freshness here with crisp white orchard and green citrus fruit and boatloads of flinty minerality at the end. Precise and delicious.

For You If:  You enjoy a crisp Sauvignon Blanc with good fruit but that's definitely not "fruity."

Not For You If:  You're after the wild fruit and trpopical notes of New Zeland Sauvignon Blanc - this is more restrained, but still VERY flavorful!
