We like Wine Spectator's description so much, we're going to use it here: "Rich and bold up front, offering plenty of honeysuckle and spice notes. A drizzle of wildflower honey and a toast detail complement flavors of apricot pastry, candied ginger and marmalade, while a fresh thread of acidity runs throughout, keeping the flavors juicy and in focus on the creamy frame."  The balance of freshness and richness are compelling in this classy, luxury, Chardonnay.

For You If:    You enjoy a classic nicely oaked and buttery California Chardonnay that stays bright enough to be refreshing and work at table with roasted poultry, lobster, etc.

Not For You If:    You're looking for super high-octane butterball Chardonnay or the steelier wines of Chablis and Burgundy - this is clearly California, but with a bit of restraint.
