Organic/Bio Lower ABV When Marc de Grazia began purchasing old vineyards on Mt Etna, he quickly discovered that old-school farmers always includes about 3-7% white grapes in the field.  In 2005, he picked all the white grapes before the reds and made this wine - and it turned out to be terrific!  Today it's those grapes plus younger vines from sites he's planted to white wine himself.

For You If:  You're looking for a white that exudes volcanic character, including explosive flavors and aromatics and a wild, almost smoky, complexity.

Not For You If:  You're after "smooth" - this has a wonderful mineral grip that squeezes your palate a bit and elevates and sustains the long, fruit-filled, finish.

"The 2022 Etna Bianco is smoky in the glass, exciting the senses with a burst of crushed rocks and raw almonds before giving way to citrus-stringed peach.
