Locally founded and crafted in small batches by Peter Pastan and Kat Hamidi, the vermouth is striking. It starts with a burst of cranberry and orange zest and is quickly followed by an exotic spicy bouquet. It masterfully combines the herbal warmth of rosemary and sage with the earthier baking spices of clove and nutmeg.  The palate continues with these enticing aromas with a bonus of a smooth, slightly sweet texture and finish. Add some ice cubes in a glass for easy sipping or, for a little flare, mix some of your favorite fizz with an orange garnish.
