Organic/Bio Lower ABV In Provance, Clairette is often called "little salty" ("le salé") for the white specks that appear on the berries as they are ready for harvest. Here it also refers to the salty minerality you'll find on the mouthwatering finish of this blend of Clairette (vines planted 1954, 2010, 2011), Vermentino (planted 2012) and Ugni Blanc (planted 1954). In 2022, this is generous with its stone fruit and yellow citrus flavors with a whiff of wild herb and pinch of salt on the mouthwatering finish. A fun Sauvignon Blanc alternative for solo sipping, salads, seafood and more.
For You If: You're after old-vine intensity and salty minerality and like plenty of citrus and stone fruit along for the ride.
Not For You If: You're looking for something soft - this has cut - or oaky - all steel here.
