Caroline Fyot and Alexia Russo created this small estate in Mercurey in 2018 and make wines if fine ripeness and with outstanding texture. Here deep blackcurrant and raspberry fruit with touches of earth and spice ride along in a wine that feels both velvety and light. Strawberry fruit builds through a flowing finish where crisp, fine, tannins give support and a hint of savory soy emerges. Delicious now and deeply satisfying. Really, try this. An estate to watch.
