Organic/Bio Lower ABV Pioneering organic farming in this slice of Burgundy near Moroges and Givry, Martine Huberdeau and Pierre d’Heilly and their son, Lucas, make wonderfully soulful Burgundy in white, red and even sparkling. Their Bourgogne Rouge is stunning, perfumed and appetizingly tart with a sweetly fruited core and silky, slinky, mouth feel.  For all the fruit, this stays savory as wildflower notes mark the satisfying, very easy to love, flavors and finish.  Ready now and drinking nicely for 5+ years.
