Organic/Bio A true luxury "grower" Champagne from a tiny estate of just 3.5HA that (rarely for Champagne) is certified organic and biodynamic. This is a 50/50 blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from 1er Cru sites in Ludes and Rilly-La-Montagne done in both wood and tank and finished Extra Brut at 3 g/l dosage. Somehow both light and concentrated, broad and focused, the gushing red fruit almost drips down your chin with toast, smoke and spice adding class and complexity. A very grand wine.
