Organic/Bio A creamy, delicious, blend of Carricante (60%), Grecanico, Catarratto, Minnella from the north and east faces of Etna done all in steel. It’s dripping with ripe stone fruit at the core and accents of anise, wild flowers, and volcanic minerality. A briny green olive, sharp apple skin and hint of bitter almond come up on the salty fresh finish. Lovely seafood wine but nothing to get in the way of solo sipping!

For You If:   You’re looking for a mid-weight white to elevate grilled seafood or anything with lots of lemon and parsley.

Not For You If:   You’re looking for something really light/crisp – this has plenty of body – or a dusting of oak spice – this is done all in steel.
