Organic/Bio Lower ABV With a collaboration between Sashi Moorman and Raj Parr, you know the wine is going to be good. Through their experience with viticultural, winemaking, and somm work, they have mastered Chardonnay from Santa Barbara. A beautiful California Chardonnay that is generous once you let it open. The wine is dynamic on the nose with notes of lemon meringue, honeysuckle, and herb spice. If that was not enough, there is fresh minerality that runs through the middle attributed to that Pacific. On the palate the wine is generous with concentrated dynamic fruit that doesn’t lose any brightness. The 500L puncheons and the lees aging lend fullness and creaminess to round out the wine elegantly.
For You If: You enjoy brighter white wine that have lees and oak influence but do not have buttery aromas; you enjoy Burgundy wines from Macon
Not For You If: You enjoy fresh and oak free Chardonnays; you like whites that are fruit driven with no lee influence and maintain floral aromatics; you like buttery oaky Chardonnay
