Organic/Bio Ch Pradeaux is one of Bandol's standard-bearers, crafting unapologetically "old school" reds from Mouvedre and a splash of Grenache grown in the heart of the region. Fermentation is in vat and aging is in enormous, ancient Alsacian foudres originally designed to hold beer.  You'll find dark fruit, a touch of animal earthiness, and masses of ripe, dusty, tannins. Give in plenty of air and pair up game and roasted meats.
