Organic/Bio This small and young house in the Cotes de Sezane is doing everything right from organic farming to meticulous winemaking and only bottling single vintage, single vineyard, wines. This is 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir from their home vineyard with 3+ years on the lees and another 18 months in bottle. You’ll get a bit of the tropical fruit 2018 is known for with brioche/toast,  lots of energy and dry, zesty, finish.

For You If:   You’re looking for Champagne that can go from solo sipping to table with seared scallops or roast chicken with ease.

Not For You If:   You’re after something searingly acidic or showing oak influence – this is dry, but generous and done all in steel.
