Dolin Vermouth's are pretty much the same today as they were when first introduced in 1821. The red vermouth is frankly sweet but with plenty of bright acidity and bitter herb at the end to keep things fresh. A touch of cherry/berry fruit and plenty of caramel, bitter herb, and exotic spices hold sway here with citrus peel and herb flavors lingering nicely.
