Lower ABV The Jaume family delivers big value from Cotes du Rhone to Chateauneuf du Pape, like here in a blend of 50% Viognier, 30% Clairette and 20% Roussanne done in steel. The Viognier shows in notes of white peach and flowers while the Roussanne adds creaminess and almond notes and the Clairette a burst of energy and freshness through the dry finish. A bit of springtime in the glass here in a wine built for solo sipping and pairing with fresh fish and seafood.
For You If: You're in the mood for something full of flavor and texture that stays light (13.0%), fresh and dry; you're having crudo with some fresh citrus - this would sing with that!
Not For You If: You're after something heavy/dense - this runs fresh and almost crisp; you really don't like Viognier - it's a seasoning vs the star here, but definitely present.
