Organic/Bio Lower ABV Father son duo, Laurent and Camille, bring generational experience to the table with their 2022 Chablis Village They take pride in every aspect of the process starting with intense care in the vineyard to the delicate winemaking technique, gravity. They even have double basket lugs to bring the grapes in from the vineyard as to separate out that very precious free run juice that may drip.
These vines grow on the all-important Kimmeridgian Limestone Clay of Chablis giving the wine a richness and vibrancy. The wines aromatic backbone is mineral and floral and pieced together with clementine and pear. The palate is lengthy and delicious highlighting the quality of fruit coming from their vineyard.
