Organic/Bio Lower ABV Welcome to white Pinot Noir!  This sparkling wine specialists presses some of their Pinot Noir while cool, giving white juice that ferments dry in steel. The pretty aromas and flavors of white cherries, white peach, white pepper, apricot and chalk are delicious. What's really exciting though is the way this delivers both red-wine levels of body (at just 12.5%) with super brisk, almost nervy, acidity for freshness. A delicious rarity worth drying with dark-fleshed fish like tuna or mackerel or rich dishes like seafood casserole or pate.

For You If:   If the concept of white Pinot Noir appeals at all, this is going to knock your socks off; you want red wine body with white wine fruit and freshness.

Not For You If:   You're looking for light/crisp - this has plenty of verve but also real body and amplitude.
