Lower ABV A beautifully ripe and elegant high-altitude Pinot Noir from the Italian Alps just outside Switzerland. Around 30% of the wine is from the Swiss Wadenzwil clone so popular in Oregon, delivering an intense ripe cherry and raspberry fruit in a wine of silky texture and real class.  A touch of wood smoke and Alpine meadow adds complexity to a wine that is both fresh and nicely ripe.

For You If You:  Enjoy Willamette Valley Pinot flavors and textures and want to try something similar from the Italian Alps.

Not For You If:   You’re looking for lots of oak – it’s restrained here – or a thicker, more powerful, style of Pinot.
