Organic/Bio Lower ABV Perched above the 1er Crus, this bowl-shaped sited was clobbered in the 2021 frosts. The tiny crop remaining gave beautiful Chassagne, with intense citrus and green orchard fruit, a double handful of crushed limestone minerality, and enough buttered hazelnut richness on the back to perfectly balanced the fresh acids. It's a "crunchy" vintage for Pot Bos: the fruit, minerality and nuttiness invite you to take a good chew to squeeze out all the flavors through the long citric and seashell finish.
