Lower ABV From Corinth, this blends 30% Assyrtiko (taken from Santorini cuttings) and 70% Moschoudi, also called “White Muscat” from the Peloponnese coast. You’ll find loads of Muscat-like aromas and flavors of spiced stone fruit and white flowers balanced by Assyrtiko’s freshness, vibrancy, and mineral depth. For all the fragrance and fruit, it finishes dry and light and crisp. A fine solo sipper and pairing with spicy Asian dishes.

For You If:   You like a bit of spice and floral aroma to your dry, crisp, white; you're looking for a match for anything spicy and/or from the sea - this will shine!

Not For You If:   You're looking for a rich/dense white or any sweetness - this is crisp and all the way dry.
