Organic/Bio As Vinous says in their 91 point review, "The 2022 Langhe Nebbiolo is Barbaresco in all but name because of its slightly earlier release. Crushed flowers, spice, tobacco, cedar and bright Nebbiolo acids are nicely delineated. In 2022, the Langhe Nebbiolo has a bit more mid-palate richness than in most years, but that is not a bad thing for a wine meant to be enjoyed over the near and medium term." A delicious baby-Barbaresco value!
For You If: You love the flavors, aromas and grip of Barolo/Barbaresco but don't want to have to wait 10 years in cellar or 2+ hours in decanter to enjoy; you're looking for an Italian wine for steak or stew.
Not For You If: You don't like plenty of acidity and/or tannin - both are ripe and balanced here, but Nebbiolo has noticable sharpness and grip.
