Organic/Bio Prime vineyards in the Rapaura region of Marlborough's Wairau Valley. Certified organic farming.  Pre-dawn harvesting. Cool fermentation in tank and 4 months on the lees for richness. We could go on about the careful farming, meticulous winemaking, unique character of the clones and soils - blah, blah, blah.  What you need to know:  Serves up loads of ripe pink and Ruby Red grapefruit, fresh crushed mint, and juicy watermelon aromas and flavors.  Round and supple, not harsh, there's a captivating bit of mint and citrus pith at the end.  Drink this and be happy.

For You If:   You're after a really good glass of Kiwi Sauvignon Blanc with no muss, fuss or drama.

Not For You If:   You're after Sancerre or NZ Sauvignon Blanc made in a more sophsiticated style - this is pure party fun.
