A rarity (and rarely delicious!) 100% Chardonnay sparkler from the slopes of Alsace. Made like Champagne with the secondary fermentation in bottle and 30 months on the lees, this shows off fine and persistant bubbles the lift up aromas of ripe apple and a touch of toast. The apple and pear fruit flavors are ripe, but very dry (finished at 3 g/l dosage) and crisp, making your mouth water and the toast and fruit flavors linger nicely. Very tasty party/dinner fizz.
