Organic/Bio This top Brunello estate crafts it’s everyday drinker from around 85% Sangiovese plus Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah.  In 2023, it’s a great Chianti-alternative, bursting with fresh red berry fruit with accents of orange peel, rose petal and fresh leather.  The tannins are firm enough for steak, the acids bright enough for red sauce, and the whole package just plain delicious enough for sipping anytime. A winner.

For You If:   You’re in the mood for something that does the job of Chianti Classico at a better price and with a touch more softness of structure.

Not For You If:   You’re after something that feels big and/or powerful – this is plenty fleshy, but medium-bodied and more easygoing in style.
